These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit Smartion, create an account, place an order, use our services, or communicate with our support team. Please read them carefully before using the website.

Orders and Service

This chapter covers product information, order acceptance, prices, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, and promotional discounts.

Product information

Smartion aims to display product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images, colors, dimensions, and other details accurately. However, screen settings, photography, manufacturing updates, packaging changes, and supplier revisions may create reasonable differences.

You are responsible for reviewing compatibility, sizing, technical requirements, included accessories, and intended use before purchasing. Product images are illustrative and may show accessories not included with the item.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance. Smartion may verify payment, billing information, delivery information, product availability, order quantity, pricing, and suspected fraud before accepting an order.

We may cancel, limit, or decline an order when a product is unavailable, information is inaccurate, payment cannot be authorized, an order appears fraudulent, or fulfillment would violate applicable law.

Pricing and corrections

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and other required charges are shown during checkout when available.

Smartion may correct typographical errors, inaccurate prices, incorrect discounts, product information, or availability information. If a material correction affects an order, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, or provide an opportunity to confirm the corrected terms.

Payments and security

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge for your order.

Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers. Smartion does not control every aspect of third-party payment systems and does not generally receive or store complete payment card details.

Shipping and delivery

Smartion provides free standard shipping on all products. Our standard delivery window is three to five business days, subject to order verification, carrier operations, destination access, weather, holidays, and events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss and title transfer as required by applicable law and the terms of the selected delivery service.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged free of charge within thirty days according to Smartion's return requirements. Items should be returned in an appropriate condition with included components, manuals, accessories, and packaging when reasonably possible.

Certain products may be excluded when required by hygiene, safety, personalization, final-sale status, misuse, damage after delivery, or applicable law. Contact Smartion before returning an item so the request can be reviewed and proper instructions can be provided.

Discounts and promotions

Customers who successfully subscribe by email receive an automatic fifteen percent sitewide discount. The subscription discount is not limited to a first order unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Selected promotional products may receive an automatic twenty percent discount. Discounts, promotional offers, product eligibility, and combination rules may change. Unless expressly stated, multiple offers may not be combined.

Customer support

Smartion provides customer support twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Support may assist with orders, delivery, product information, compatibility, payments, returns, exchanges, and account-related questions.

Support responses are based on the information available at the time of the request and do not replace professional, technical, electrical, medical, legal, or safety advice.

Use Smartion fairly

Our website is provided for genuine personal and commercial shopping activity. Conduct that harms customers, systems, services, or intellectual property is prohibited.

Security No harmful activity

Do not introduce malware, probe security, interfere with operation, overload services, or attempt unauthorized access.

Accuracy No false information

Do not use false identities, misleading payment information, fraudulent addresses, or deceptive claims.

Content No unauthorized copying

Do not reproduce, scrape, republish, resell, or commercially exploit website content without permission.

Commerce No abusive purchasing

Do not manipulate promotions, create deceptive transactions, evade purchase limits, or interfere with other customers.

Products require responsible care

Electronic, connected, charging, audio, mobile, wearable, and smart-home products should be installed, operated, charged, maintained, and stored according to their instructions.
